Safety and Well-being at the Alpaca Farm

At our farm, the well-being of our alpacas is our top priority. To ensure their safety and yours, we kindly ask that you follow our instructions. Our alpacas are curious but also timid animals, so maintaining a calm demeanour and adhering to our guidelines is crucial to create a safe and relaxed environment.

• Wear sturdy shoes; flip-flops are not recommended.
• We reserve the right to cancel an appointment without notice in the best interest of our animals. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded.
• If instructions are not followed and an unsafe situation arises, we may terminate the visit without refund.

Please note:

• Our site is not wheelchair accessible.
• Dogs are not allowed on the farm.
• Only one child under 5 years old is permitted per party, and they are entirely the responsibility of the accompanying adults.
• We do not serve alcohol.

Remember, alpacas are flight animals and may become frightened or startled, so it's important to approach them with care and respect.
